It is with great pride that Zonal can announce it has been shortlisted for the prestigious
Herald Top Employer Awards 2022.
In the running for two awards – Medium Employer of the Year and Scottish Top Employer – Zonal fought off competition from a huge number of entries from every possible sector.
The award organisers were looking for businesses who prioritise training and progression and where care for employees is embedded firmly into the culture of the organisation.
Zonal’s group head of human resources, Catriona Dick, said:
“I am so proud to have reached this stage of The Herald Top Employer Awards, so winning will be the cherry on the cake. Following the impact of the pandemic, we have evolved our business to meet the changing needs of our staff by creating more flexible and rewarding ways of working and we are seeing the benefits with reduced staff turnover, more engaged teams and record levels of applications.”
To get to this stage, all entries were scrutinised by a panel of industry experts. Zonal now has to wait until later this month (26th October) when the results will be revealed during an awards ceremony at the Doubletree by Hilton hotel in Glasgow.
