Working in the leisure and hospitality sector, you will have likely spent your college years frequenting our clients and come across our products without realising. It could be the EPoS that processed your order, the online booking tool that reserved your table, or the app that you downloaded to pre-order and pay for your drinks. Exciting? We think so.

Working with other apprentices, graduates and team mentors you will work on new projects and be encouraged to work towards your personal development goals, with strong support and guidance.

Apprenticeships

We offer apprenticeship schemes in Edinburgh, both at our Head Office and in our manufacturing facility in Livingston. These placements are offered within our Helpcentre (Customer Service) and Repair Centre (Technical/IT).

Each programme lasts 12 months and involves practical work experience with on the job with coaching and mentoring from our experienced team. This is combined with theory and training and development through ‘You Train’ and the ‘QA’ in their training centres based in Stirling and at the Gyle, Edinburgh. Apprentices attend week long training every 5/6 weeks and undertake regular workplace assessments with their Assessor.

Our aim is that at the end of the 12 month period, apprentices receive their qualification and are then able to secure permanent employment with us.

You will get hands on experience of the software lifecycle and develop applications for real world scenarios.

If you show passion and aptitude, these placements can also put you on the shortlist for our coveted Graduate Programme.
