What you’ll do
Your role will be to support all the Zonal Business System stack of products.
You will be the be the customer facing contact for the Zonal Business Systems.
It will be your responsibility to deploy applications to customers systems. Make changes to existing Dimensions reports as requested by Customers
You will understand new customer requests and be able to provide the outline specification to the developer.
You will also handle all Head office Upgrades and keep the existing documentation up to date and to create new documentation for new applications
Who you are
You will have a background in MS SQL ability
Understanding of C#
Use of ZBS applications (training will be given)
Dimensions report designer (training will be given)
Ability to liaise with Customers, Zonal Help Centre and Account Managers as well as the rest of the ZBS Team
Ability to learn new applications as produced by the team
Knowledge of Excel useful
